Rula Developments has been selected as Stockon-on-Tees Borough Council’s development partner to deliver Teeslink, a regionally significant site in a well-established industrial area, with rail connection potential.
Well located, with great transport links, this site will deliver approximately 775,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space for the region.
A hybrid planning application was submitted in Q2 2025 and infrastructure works are due to commence in Q3 of 2025.
