Rula Developments has been selected as Stockon-on-Tees Borough Council’s development partner to deliver Teeslink, a regionally significant site in a well-established industrial area, with rail connection potential.
Well located, with great multi-modal transport links, this site will deliver approximately 775,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space for the region.
Hybrid planning consent was received in September 2025, providing detailed consent for the infrastructure works and outline consent for B2/B8 units of up to 500,000 sq ft.
Infrastructure works commenced in December 2025 enabling possible delivery of the first units from Q3 2026.
The site has been designed with flexibility in mind and a wide range of unit sizes can be accommodated to meet occupier demand.
