Step One

Legal Contract
We agree a contract structure which encompasses the requirements and aspirations of all parties. As an independent property company, our agreements are flexible and bespoke, typically taking the following form:

Step Three
Promotion
Rula Developments, along with our specialist consultant team, prepare a strategy for promoting the land through the planning process. Negotiating the planning process can be both expensive and time consuming, requiring specialist skills and experience to achieve the optimum outcome. A considerable number of specialist reports and supporting documents are required, Rula manage and fund the process to ensure the objectives of the land owner are achieved.
Step Four
Delivery
Upon security of planning permission, the site can then be sold or developed. It may be necessary to deliver infrastructure such as roads, drainage and utilities or to manage planning obligations. Rula Developments will arrange and fund these works until the land is purchased by ourselves or sold to a third party, whichever provides the highest value and meets our partners expectations for the land.
