Rula and the Tinsley Bridge Group completed a sale and leaseback of the old engineering works on flexible lease terms and a 62,000 sq ft factory and headquarters building, which has since been sold to an institutional investor.
Rula has programmed demolition of the former engineering works for later in 2025 and submitted an outline application to deliver a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics warehouse scheme.
The plans and layouts have been designed with flexibility in mind meaning we can deliver any size unit up to 271,000 sq f for B2 and B8 uses.
