The site is located just off Europa Way, adjacent to the well-established Sheffield Business Park, and in the heart of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District.
Rula and the Tinsley Bridge Group completed a sale and leaseback of the old engineering works on flexible lease terms and a 62,000 sq ft factory and headquarters building, which has since been sold to an institutional investor.
Rula obtained outline planning consent to deliver a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics warehouse scheme. The plans and layouts were designed with flexibility in mind, any size unit up to 271,000 sq f for B2 and B8 uses.
The site was sold in October 2025.
