Golborne 112 was a  speculatively built warehouse that was pre-let to Bishopgates Specialist Logistics & Installation prior to completion. Rula identified and secured the opportunity and agreed a forward funding package with Urban Logistics REIT. A tenant was secured shortly after the deal was agreed and planning was secured and the premises were delivered in 2023.
