The Kay Group acquired a 1.6-acre development plot at our Winsford Gateway Industrial development in Cheshire. On site Rula delivered four BP pumps, EV charging points and a bespoke HGV facilities to serve the industrial estate operators.
The retail element is supplied by Londis and features a Subway and Greggs.
